Rincon Rotary lights up learning for a local preschool

Diane Torres, a preschool teacher at the Ocotillo Early Learning Center in the Sunnyside School District, requested a large light table to supplement her curriculum for an inclusive program for preschoolers. The table, provided by the RIncon Rotary's Rotary LOCAL program, creates an interactive format to reinforce letters, shapes and colors for over 25 students. 

The Rotary LOCAL Program's mission is to help improve the local community through educational outreach. Rotary LOCAL can provide manpower, resources from local business partners, or in some cases, direct financial support to teachers who apply for assistance.
