Rincon Rotary and Fleet Feet Partner Up for Girls on the Run

The Rincon Rotary Club and Fleet Feet on Tanque Verde partner up to supply shoes for the Girls on the Run program at Collier Elementary. Girls on the Run is a program that "empowers girls to be positive thinkers and contributing members of society." If Rincon Rotary can empower teachers like Ashley Whittier as she empowers these girls, we believe that is truly "beneficial to all concerned."

Rincon Rotary's support is part of its Rotary Local Program, whose mission is to help improve the local community through educational outreach. Rotary Local can provide manpower, resources from local business partners, or in some cases, direct financial support to teachers who apply for assistance.
