Rincon Rotary binds the local business community to local students at Elvira Elementary.

Elvira Elementary asked for 128 binders, one for each student in their fifth grade, so that teachers in this low income district would not have to purchase the binders themselves for their students.

The Rincon Rotary partnered with locally-owned Tucson office supply provider Gibson's Office Solutions to fill the grant at a lower price and faster than national chains and big box stores.

Rincon Rotary's support is part of its Rotary LOCAL program, whose mission is to help improve the local community through educational outreach. Rotary LOCAL can provide manpower, resources from local business partners, or in some cases, direct financial support to teachers who apply for assistance.
