Rincon Rotary, Bookmans, and Rise Equipment Recycling Center team up to deliver headphones and mice to Tanque Verde Elementary School.

Anne Gartner, on behalf of The Rincon Rotary Club's Rotary Local Program, delivered computer mice and headphones to Tanque Verde Elementary School teacher, Courtney Garcia and her first grade class. Ms. Garcia requested these items to assist her students with both math and reading games. Rotary Local business partner, Bookmans, helped in the procurement of the headphones, while the mice were donated by Tucson's Rise Equipment Recycling Center.

The Rotary Local's mission is to help improve the local community through educational outreach. Rotary Local may be able to provide manpower, resources from local business partners, or in some cases, direct financial support to teachers who apply for assistance.
