The Rincon Rotary Club of Tucson gives Tanque Verde High School a grant to assist them in their purchase of new theatre curtains.

Rincon Rotary Helps Local Teachers : Tanque Verde High Theater

Gloria Zlaket from The Rincon Rotary Club of Tucson, hands Tanque Verde High School theatre teacher Debbie MacKinney, and her Theater Troupe, a check for $500 to assist them in their purchase of new stage curtains.

Rincon Rotary's support is part of its Rotary Local Program, whose mission is to help improve the local community through educational outreach. Rotary Local can provide manpower, resources from local business partners, or in some cases, direct financial support to teachers who apply for assistance.
